BirdCam Life List

It is a common practice for birdwatchers to keep a "life list" of every bird they've seen in their life. Our "BirdCam Life List" is similar: it is a photo/video album of every animal species that has been captured by a Wingscapes BirdCam. For any given species, we include the first photo or video that is submitted to us (not necessarily the 'best'). It is a source of deep pride for us at Wingscapes that our cameras have helped users to get closer to such a wide variety of wildlife around the world.

Soon after introducing the BirdCam, we began to receive photos from customers. Often, the birds pictured were birds we don't see in the southeastern United States. These user submissions became a true highlight for everyone here at the Wingscapes office. It demonstrated to us that one of the greatest benefits of the BirdCam is that it makes it easy to share the bird watching hobby with others. We started the Photo & Videos Galleries to encourage BirdCam users to share their images. These wonderful galleries have been built by BirdCam users and stand as a great visual testimonial for our products. The "BirdCam Life List" is a subset of the galleries that we've all built together.
