Monk (Quaker) Parakeet: We (me and my mom) have designed a wild bird garden in the backyard with over 12 feeders. We are visited daily by dozens of Monk Parakeets, also known as Quaker Parakeets within the Parrot family. We are also visited by Red-Bellied Woodpeckers, Northern Cardinals, Northern Mockingbird, Sparrows, Red-Winged Blackbirds, and Blue Jays. Photos taken with Wingscapes BirdCam.
